Navigating Your Organization’s Leadership “Hang-ups”

All organizations have unconscious internal cultural and related behavioral barriers that can generate unhealthy political agendas and interfere with the realization of their mission. In this service you will learn to identify and frame the power dynamics and related political realities of your office. We will begin by exploring your organization’s culture and consider it in the context of your leadership’s team objectives, business strategy and larger vision. We will identify where existing leadership behavior may be limiting your firm’s effectiveness in executing its mission. Following this assessment, we will leverage a variety of context appropriate tools, so we can collaboratively assemble an approach that will assist you in understanding and overcoming any identified leadership behavioral challenges for better realization of your organization’s vision. Experiential based goals will be agreed on and associated learning and development practices intertwined into real-time management agendas.

  • Understand gaps between your organization’s culture and mission
  • Discover how your current leadership culture could be generating political agendas that are muting organizational effectiveness
  • Develop your organization’s leadership capacity through the experiential intertwine of proven behavioral practices with management agendas for real-time learning & development

Regardless of what your organization is trying to achieve (revenue growth, lower costs, new service offerings, etc.) we will show you how the documented connection between employee creativity, team innovation and performance can apply to your workplace. We will assess your current leadership culture and determine if you are creating the right climate for innovation to thrive.

Understand and Manage Your Organization’s Culture:

Culture “eats strategy for lunch” – always! It is the conscious and unconscious patterns of “assumptions, values, and norms”, shared across the organization. Culture affects engagement, innovation, profitability and EVERYTHING in between. In this program we will provide:

  • Educate you on the functions and ubiquitous of organizational culture.
  • A culture audit and assessment – is your culture aligned with your values, mission and strategy?
  • Collaboratively using the Attentive Leadership Model©, determine action which will allow you to proactively manage and direct your culture so you can fulfill your organizational vision.
