Recent Client Testimonials:

“Dana’s coaching helped me trust my intuition and realize that my non-linear thinking and ability to look at problems in a different way bring great value to a team. He taught me how to apply my creative thinking to initiate experiential projects. Dana is an expert aligning human psychology to organizational culture, which was been invaluable in channeling my own patterns and tendencies to get the best business outcomes.”

Jeannine Vaughan, Change & Executive Communications Strategist, Consultant Cisco Systems, March 2018

“I had both the opportunity and the pleasure to work with Dana during eight months in 2017 as part of a transformational change team at Silicon Valley’s largest networking company. As part of that team, Dana played a key role as team organizational psychologist and change leadership coach in a number of important areas including:

    • Managing the results analysis process for a key stakeholder assessment, extracting both major and minor themes and helped deconstruct both tactical and systemic issues that needed addressing as part of the change process
    • Facilitating a multi-faceted process whereby the team was able to get clarity on the transformational change objectives and the best way to ‘orchestrate’ that needed change
    • Helping the team define, based on the latest leadership research, the key mindset changes and transformational leadership skills that were going to be needed in order for the kind of transformational change we were espousing to take hold
    • Researching, preparing curriculum and conducting workshops to help the team learn how to model these same transformational leadership skills with both discussions and hands on experiential practice
  • Providing team coaching support as we executed and dealt with both steps forward and steps back and creating a dynamic learning environment and effective mechanisms for giving and receiving feedback (both individually and organizationally)

In addition, Dana provided individual coaching support including MLQ Leadership results interpretation and individual action plan development and check-ins. Dana comes with not only a deep understanding of both the academic aspects of transformational change and the leadership skills needed for success, but he also with his organizational psychologist background has an easy going way of helping us see, tap into and reflect on the human side of dealing with transformational change. Overall a fabulous experience.”

“The work I did with Dana accelerated my growth as a leader and made me more aware of both the control that I had over my own development and the perspective that I needed to reach my goals as a school leader.  Dana is a great listener who makes deep connections between theory and practice, providing me with the tools and the language that I needed to reflect on my leadership style and tear down any obstacles that appear in front of me.  Thanks, Dana for your patience with me and for creating a space for me to become more aware of my strengths and the opportunities I have to reach my potential. “
